Julia Lee Insights takes a thoughtful, structured approach to career coaching, balancing reflection with practical outcomes to guide you on your empowering career journey. Rather than jumping straight to solutions, she starts by understanding what is going on beneath the surface: individual values, motivations, patterns, and pressures. The one-on-one sessions focus on what matters most now, exploring realistic yet stretching options, utilizing individual strengths, and translating career insights into confident action.
Julia's work draws on counseling, coaching, and psychological frameworks while always remaining human and grounded. She provides a space to think clearly, speak honestly, and make career decisions that are aligned, sustainable, and empowering. Sessions are available online or face to face.

Get clear on where you're going and why it matters as you embark on your empowering career journey. The first session, part of Julia Lee Insights, is designed to help you step back and look at your career from a fresh perspective. Many people arrive at this initial meeting feeling stuck, uncertain, or overwhelmed with options. By the end of the session, you will have begun to define your short and medium-term goals, gaining valuable career insights into your motivation and values.
Gain valuable career insights by understanding what you naturally do best and how to leverage it in your career. In this second session, we will delve into your Top 5 CliftonStrengths and what they reveal about your unique thinking, working, and thriving patterns. While many individuals are aware of their skills, fewer recognize their natural patterns of talent—the effortless actions that create the most significant impact. By the end of this session, you will have a clear understanding of your Top 5 strengths and how they shape your work style, empowering your career journey.
Career narrative and direction are essential for gaining valuable career insights. Make sense of your story and shape what comes next in your empowering career journey.
In this session, we look at your career as a story rather than just a list of jobs. Utilizing principles of narrative therapy, we explore the experiences, influences, and themes that have shaped your working life so far. A key part of this session is the Career Cloud exercise, a reflective and visual tool that helps map the people, skills, behaviors, mindset, leaders, moments, ideas, and motivations that have influenced your career path.
By the end of this session, you will have a clearer understanding of your career story and major themes, enriched by Julia Lee Insights.
Turning career insights into action. Sessions 4 to 9 (approximately, the number is flexible) are tailored to your goals and aligned with your empowering career journey. Each session combines elements of both counselling and coaching, helping you navigate the practical and psychological aspects of career change. We work in a focused, solution-oriented way, building on your strengths, identifying obstacles, and creating realistic next steps. This stage is about building momentum and sustaining change with Julia Lee Insights.
