Julia Lee is a Counselling informed Career Coach specialising in professional transition, the moments when your career path becomes uncertain, or when something that once felt right no longer does.
Drawing on a global career in learning and development, leadership and a Master of Counselling, Julia brings both real world business experience and psychological depth to her work. She has held senior roles at Reed, The Independent, Diageo, Blackmores, ARN and others, and understands from the inside, what it means to navigate high stakes career decisions.
Julia is an accredited member of the Australian Counselling Association and an experienced facilitator, learning designer and Executive Coach.

The work starts beneath the surface.
Rather than moving straight to solutions, Julia begins by understanding what's really driving your situation, your values, your patterns, the pressures you may not have named yet.
From there, sessions move between reflection and practical action, identifying what's getting in the way, and building clarity and confidence to move forward.
Julia draws on coaching, counselling, training and psychological frameworks, while keeping the work grounded and human. Sessions are available either online or face to face, individual or small groups.

Julia works with professionals at any stage of their career who are navigating change, whether that change is forced or chosen, obvious or hard to name.
This includes people facing redundancy or organisational restructure; those returning to work after a career break or having children; professionals who have reached a level of success but feel increasingly misaligned with their work; and those experiencing a quiet but persistent sense that something needs to shift.
Sessions are available as a structured program or on a single session basis. All sessions are conducted online or face to face in Noosa or Sydney and can be arranged in Maroochydore, Brisbane, Melbourne or London.
Many people arrive at this first session feeling stuck, shocked, overwhelmed, or pulled in many directions. This first session creates the space to step back and look at your career clearly, where you are, what's working, and what isn't. By the end, you'll have begun to identify your short and medium term goals, and started to understand what's driving them.
Most people know their skills. Fewer can articulate their natural patterns of talent, the things they do with ease that creates the most significant impact. In this session we explore your strengths profile to understand how you think, how you work, and where you are most likely to thrive.
Your career is more than a list of roles. in this session we look at it as a narrative, the experiences, themes, and turning points that have shaped your working life. Using the principles of narrative therapy, we map what has influenced you most, the people, the moments, the ideas, and the values that have brought you to where you are now.
These sessions are tailored to your specific goals and situation. We shift from reflection into practical momentum, navigating the psychological and practical dimensions of change together. Whether that means working through a career decision, preparing for a new challenge or building confidence for a change of direction, each session is focused and purposeful.
The final sessions brings together clarity, decisions, and commitments that have emerged across the program. We consolidate your career narrative and create concrete, realistic plans for what comes next, one you can take forward with confidence.
